I. MISIÓN:
El Comité Ético Científico del Hospital Dr. Gustavo Fricke y Servicio de Salud Vina del Mar Quillota tiene el propósito de salvaguardar los Derechos, Seguridad y Bienestar de todos los sujetos participantes en una investigación biomedica en seres humanos, sus aplicaciones clínicas o en salud, con excelencia y transparencia.
II. VISIÓN:
Queremos ser reconocidos a nivel regional y nacional como un referente ético científico para los ciudadanos y profesionales sanitarios, a través de una gestión y practicas de excelencia, para proteger los derechos, seguridad y bienestar de los sujetos que participan en una investigación biomedica y queremos ser vistos como agente transformador, ocupando un espacio legitimado por los distintos actores, las autoridades competentes, centros formadores y de investigación, investigadores y la comunidad como un todo
